How do I pick up the items?

After the live show, we’ll send you an email with your invoice. Or if you prefer, just swing by our discount store at 65 Bay Spring Avenue and we’ll have your invoice ready. Either way, be sure to pick up your item within a week before the next live show.

Do you provide shipping?

Absolutely! We’d be happy to work with you on getting those items shipped your way. Just let us know what we can do to help make that happen.

Can I return the item after purchasing it?

Items are sold as-in and all sales are final.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For items we couldn’t test out ourselves, we’re giving you 24 hours to inspect it. If something’s not working right, let us know and we’ll make it right with a replacement of an equal value or store credit.

What if I do not find what I am looking for?

Not finding what you are looking for right now? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! We’ll jot down your request and keep an eye out for when it comes stock. The second it’s available, you’ll be the first to know. So just sit back and relax. We’ll give you a shout as soon as it arrives!
